What is Donor Management?

Our donor spreadsheets keep track of all the information you need to manage your contributors. If you’re 501c3 nonprofit, we email the tax receipt information directly to your donors, saving you time and money.

You will receive an email confirmation every time someone contributes ... and if applicable, details about swag chosen or purchased.

To view detailed information about each contribution and Booster, including anonymous Boosters:
1. Login and go to your personal Rally campaign page.
2. Click on the Contributions tab.
3. Here you will see recent contributions or you can choose to download a detailed spreadsheet. 

The amount raised — including cents — is always reflected on the Contributions spreadsheet you can download at any time from your the Contributions tab on your Rally. You'll see it as a separate line item in the spreadsheet marked as Cover Fees.

You also have the ability to download a separate spreadsheet with a more detailed breakdown of the fee structure.

This is especially helpful if you are an organization responsible for disbursing funds. You will also notice a  column marked ‘Net Amount’ which shows how much of each contribution is deposited into your bank account.
